can't log into my account

Question

so I stopped playing on my server for a few days because I was busy but yesterday when I came back to minehut I was logged out, I just tried to login a few times but I thought the site was just down or something and gave up, I tried again today and none of my passwords worked again so I just click the button to change my password but I never got the email and I tried clicking it a few times, even on a different account and still nothing, I've tried retyping the address in case I made a typo, looked in my spam, verified if minehut was blocked but I just can't find the issue and I put a lot of time in my server, I'd like to still be able to play on it, anyway thanks for reading, I hope someone can help me

What does it say when you try logging it? Does it say incorrect password, we could not log you in, or something else? Maybe try checking the spam or promotions folders in your email to see if the reset email is there.

when I asked the question it said that an error occurred but I tried again later and it said that my account is "blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts" and I just checked, the reset email is still nowhere to be found

Usually when I get the error "error occurred but I tried again later", it fixes itself after around 30ish minutes. But I've never gotten blocked from too many attempts. Maybe try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps. You can clear your cookies in your browser settings. On Google Chrome, click the 3 dots in the top right then click settings and you should see it.

Not sure exactly how long it should stay blocked for but maybe just wait a while. Or try asking a friend or someone to log onto your account and see if it works for them.

I tried on a friend's computer and it was back to the first error message but I still couldn't login, I tried sending an email again from his computer but I didn't receive anything, maybe it's a problem with my account

If you are locked out of your account or still cant log in after trying everything, make a support ticket at https://minehut.com/support and one of our devs or admins will help you further.

(I was logged out on the forums so I had to make another account but I'm still the same Bunny) when I click on the "contact support" button it just goes on an infinite loading screen that says "loading form...", I let it load for like an hour and nothing happened

Did you try reloading the page or restarting your browser? If it still doesn't work, just give it like 30 mins and try again.

in the past few hours I restarted my browser like 5 times with at least 30 minutes in between and everytime it was still on an infinite loading screen, I even tried it on my phone but nothing changed, do they have an email address or something else where I could contact them instead?

Thats really the only way to contact them. Try using a different browser as well and see if that works.
