Server /Join Issues

(First off I'm sorry if this is in the wrong category. The categories confuse me a bit.)

I started my own server a couple days ago (minehut.LessBean.gg) and I've had multiple issues with not being able to join the server from hibernation. If I start the server manually from the panel it's fine, but if someone tries to /join, then it won't load. I'be checked the latest log file for errors and the only error lines I see are the Watchdog ones that say it's not a bug or crash. I've successfully joined from /join once myself but nobody else has been able to join it unless the server was already online from the manual start from the panel.

Yeah I've got that. I can't get the actual command to work from the Minehut hub.

Make sure the server status is Online, and you are using the correct name, /join (server name).

If this still doesn't work, send your latest.log file (read the following),

Make sure they are executing '/join LessBean' not '/join LessBean.minehut.gg'

Yeah, I did made sure of that. It's a problem with the server booting up from hibernation.

The problem is with the server starting up so it can be online. I don't want to have to manually turn it on for people from the dashboard every time someone wants to play. Any suggestions?

Players should be able to start it themselves. This issue is pretty weird so I'd suggest contacting support here.

Have you made sure whitelist is off? If it is they might be Typing /join smallbean.minehut.GG wich would be the Problem
