Simply start your server, go into settings and change the max players, press save and restart your server:

Unfortunately, there isn't a way on Minehut's end to see what servers you have been on. However, you can look through your client logs to see if it logged the join command. If you don't know where to find those, take a look a this website, you're probably going to want to look for the 'latest.log' if joining the server was the last time you joined minecraft, otherwise look for the date of the day you played on the server.

The emails you use between your Minecraft and Minehut accounts are your business and doesn't impact whether you can have owner permissions. Assuming you can log into your server dashboard (with your Minehut account), you can op (give yourself operator permissions) yourself by doing the command '/op (your minecraft name)' in the server commands box, obviously replacing (your minecraft name) with your actual minecraft name. Make sure your server is online when doing this.

Also, no you cannot transfer servers between Minehut accounts.

Pvp should be enabled by default, but if not you can enable it via the settings tab on your dashboard, it looks like this:

Enable it, press save and restart your server.
If this doesn't fix your problem, you may have a plugin interfering (such as world guard).

Try setting your 'level world' to the name of the new world you uploaded. You can find it in the settings tab on your dashboard:

After pressing save, restart your server and this issue should be fixed. The level name is the world that you are teleported to every time you join your server, the issue is that you are probably being teleported to another world, which is why your inventory is different and you aren't being teleported to your world spawn.

"Significant progress has been made into this issue. Major pain-points in the save process have been identified and solutions are being worked on. The core of the issue is saves sometimes take too long to happen or fail for whatever reason, and eventually time-out.
We have identified performance issues with our storage system. We are currently working with the devs of that system to help us tune it better for our load/make performance improvements to the program itself. We are rolling out updates to that program, and also changing the format of the disk the data is saved to to a format that is better tailored to our load. This is currently being rolled out, but is unfortunately just a long process that will take some time. On top of that, just generally rolling out more hardware to take on the extra load.
Also on the other side, we are re-doing the save process itself to be more reliable and faster. That is currently in late dev/testing phases and should be rolled out soon.
This issue is our top-priority right now and is being tirelessly worked on."

To change gamemodes you can do '/gamemode (mode) (player)', e.g. '/gamemode survival Migins'.
As well as enabling fly in the settings tab on the dashboard, from your message on 'cross play' I assume the other users are on bedrock edition. If this is the case, try switching them to gamemode creative ('/gamemode creative (player)') and then switching them to survival again ('/gamemode survival (player)') as there have been some issues with cross-play recently (which should be fixed soon).

This error message usually means that your server hasn’t fully started yet. If you wait 5 minutes and try joining and you still can’t then there might be an issue internally with your server. 
I suggest, if you still can’t connect to your server, that you start the server up, don’t join it, then go to the danger zone section of the panel and click “Repair Files”, this will hopefully resolve any plugins which might not have loaded correctly and are stopping you from connecting.
If you still cannot connect to your server I suggest you get the latest.logs through the panel and put them in a pastebin, once you have the logs create a support ticket here and include a link to the pastebin logs. They should hopefully be able to resolve the remaining issues.

Being on bedrock can be a bit buggy/glitchy so that could trigger that. You could 1. try dialling down the anticheat, 2. try another anticheat or 3. just remove it entirely. 
 

Minehut servers are always hosted on the default port.
