Ban Problems

So I am the owner on my server and I try to ban someone and it says "YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO BAN THIS PERSON" what should I do because I cant do it and console takes hours to open and then they will have griefed and gone it is a pain because I have to get another staff member (friend) to ban them it is annoying me what should I do?

Are you sure? Try getting another opped user do to /op (username).

Hi, I do it through console if someone deoped me because they are an idiot that are coming to grief but they are thick because i have console to ban them but also yesterday someone HACKED into my console to unban them

it is anoying and i feel like this when someone griefS 

 

it is hard because i have built such good thinks and they blow it up BUT we have world guarded this but it still blows up when tnt goes of idk if that is a glitch in more world but also people that are griefing with op that are staff

If your console is hacked please change your password and also try to get proof of the griefers so you can report them to us.
