I made a worldguard region but inside the region i want to use mineresetlite but players cant break the stuff in mrl then... what do i do?

You can make another region inside of the mine and give it the flag break with "/rg flag (region) break allow"

If it's not working it's most likely because your main region has block-break deny.

You shouldn't have to use block-break deny for any of your regions since it's like that by default. Doing block-break deny makes conflicts with any regions inside. So for the bit you want to mine, make block-break allow, and for the other region just make block-break none
