Like uploaded plugins or plugins that you got from the addons tab?

Addons tab plugins:

search for the plugin, then click "remove"

Uploaded plugins:

Go to the file manager, click "plugins", then select the desired plugin that you want to delete, then at the bottom click the trash can. Delete the jar file and the folder that goes along with it.

I do not think you can delete a server, but you can do something similar. By heading to world - reset world on your dashboard, you can turn the world into a fresh, new world and to change the name, you press change name near your server icon on the dashboard.

Reset the server by going into the "danger zone" tab then clicking "reset server" then you have to type "delete content and reset server" (yes i remember that by heart)

Then you can rename the server or something

But i agree they should add a delete server feature
