Kill Token Skript

I have been looking around for some time now for a skript to add kill tokens to my server that drop when a player gets killed by someone, It would be much appreciated if someone could comment with a skript to add physical Kill Token items into the game. Specifically for things like if a player is knocked into lava by someone the person who knocked them in will get a kill token, if they are in a normal pvp fight, the winner will get a token, things like that.

I know this thread is very old but the skript dosen't seem to work and has multiple errors.

Edit: instead of giving the token to "player" you need to give it to "attacker".
