However, "Unleashed" update brought Minehut's hosting capabilities up from +6.8. Live console should further increase the hosting capabilities. Also Minehut: please chill on the authoritarianism. And Wdym authoritarianism Authoritarian measures such as the out-of-control chat censorship, direct message censorship without an option to disable it for incoming messages, and restrictions on player servers other than the restrictions on exploits and scams/illegal stuff. My points about the authoritarianism: Telephone companies do not decide what someone says on the phone so why should Minehut decide what someone can and cannot do on their server provided they are not using exploits, running scams, or doing something illegal? The amount of normal and legit stuff blocked by the chat filter is disappointing compared to where Minehut was 2 years ago. The chat filter has also invaded direct messages causing my messages to my friends to be censored just as badly as the chat. Sometimes I will get a direct message asking if I have discord. When I try to respond with "I do not have discord" it is blocked. This is wholly unacceptable and makes me even wonder why I put up with this anymore. The worst thing though is how bad the filter is at doing its job. I see so many bypasses every day that just slip right through. I understand why they censor certain words and common bypasses but the filter seems to me, at least, to do much more harm than good in its current state because it blocks a lot of normal stuff and the people who want to say bad stuff still do it anyway.
