I need a skript that applies an effect to a player forever while they are in the server.

But obviously change the username 'ikeyIX' and the effect 'glowing'

I'm asking for a skript. Not a minecraft command, and I want all players to have the effect

		execute console command "effect give @a glowing 999999 1 true"

Here, use this:

join:
    apply night vision without particles to player for 10 days

Feel free to change night vision to something else.

    apply <potioneffect> without particles to player for 20 days #Change 20 days to however long you wish.

i actually realised when you drink milk doesnt it remove the effect?

It doesn't matter. I'm making a skymining server and you can't really get milk.

It says it can't understand the condition/effect. I put the potion effect as "Night Vision" and set how long to apply it, but it still says it's wrong. Is there a plugin I need to install?
