If my server doesn't come back, i'm done with Minehut

This is the fourth time my Minigame server has been reset, i was restarting (YES RESTARTING, NOT RESETTING) my server when it came back up, the whole thing was reset, if i don't get this server back in a week, i'm going to move to a different server hosting platform. I was able to deal with the reset the first three times, but not this time, not with the progress i had made, I could really use some help here.

Create a support ticket, they could help you out. On the resetting issue, I suggest you download the world before leaving with /dl world. (Make sure you're also saving the server with /save all.)

Did you do /save-all before you left , and have /save-on {autosave} on?

 

If yes, create a support ticket like the others said.
