Hia! Really sorry to hear about this, you can try seeing if there's a usable backup on your panel under the backups tab, otherwise there's sadly not much we can do to help. To prevent this from happening again you can turn on whitelist with /whitelist on and /whitelist add (username) this will stop any strangers from joining your server.

At the moment you can't give them access to specific servers, you'd have to give them access to your entire panel by giving them your email and password.

Minehut is premium only, you cannot use cracked launchers to join Minehut.

Minehut is down for maintenance, they will be back up in a few minutes!

The nether is a seperate world on Minehut, you have to download it using the download command and then convert them into a vanilla world following these steps \/
1. Create a folder called your world's name and put all files and folders from the bukkit world into it.
2. Copy DIM-1 and DIM1 from the bukkit end and nether world folders and paste them in the folder you just created!

They currently don't do featured servers, the only thing close to it is having your server shown around the block (Minehut live stream), to be on this Mr_Kurtis will contact you if you have a cool server.

Hey there! This is most likely due to Minehut making credits from the breach from over a year ago expire, you received an email about this with information two weeks ago.

Heyo! You can whitelist your servers to only allow specific players to join your server.
Here's the commands you gotta do (make sure you're opped):
/whitelist on
/whitelist add (username)

Heyo! The devs have been made aware of this but have mentioned they won't go out of their way to fix it.

1. Upload the world zip to a file upload website. If your world is smaller than 100mb you can use file.io, otherwise we recommend you use Dropbox.
2. Get the direct download link to the file. If you're using Dropbox you can get the share link, but you need to replace ?dl=0 with ?dl=1 at the end of the link. If you're using file.io remember that the download links can only be used once.
3. Run the command /ul world <worldname> <direct link> in your server.
After doing all of this you can access the world by doing /worlds and clicking the uploaded world.

Go to your panel > go to your account settings > click link account > copy the command it says > open Minecraft > click multiplayer > click direct connect > type minehut.com > join it > paste the command in chat
 

There's no real reason for this, you can try using the direct connect option and see if that works beeter but there's nothing you can do about this issue, all servers are hosted in the US so ping should be pretty good for you.

Heya! This can be done with Skript or EssentialsX, for EssentialsX you can create a kit and make them receive it on first join.

Anyone can start up a server that's offline, I recommend whitelisting the server so no one except the people you add can join.
Here's the commands you gotta do:

There's two ways to join servers on Java:
1 - Joining via the lobby, the lobby IP is minehut.com, once you're in the lobby you type /join (server)
2 - Using the direct IP (you can add this IP to your server list) on the panel it says your direct IP however if you don't know it, it's just (server).minehut.gg
