Spawn Item Plugin?

I was looking through the plugins and could not find any that give players a certain item when respawning.  For example every time someone dies I want them to respawn with a compass in their inventory.  I was wondering if there was such a plugin that existed.

Heya! This can be done with Skript or EssentialsX, for EssentialsX you can create a kit and make them receive it on first join.
