Action Bar Skript help needed

Okay so im working on a skript of mine and i decide that the default time amount for 

send action bar "yes rod" to player 

isnt long enough i want to make the message stand for longer, how do i do that?

 trigger:
  loop 10 times:
   send action bar "Test" to player
   wait 5 tick

Idk how long you can actually wait till it starts fading just try that out if you reach that limit increase the loop
