Use functions

Instead of using nested variables like {home.%player%} or {chatcolor.%player%}, you should turn them into list variables that use uuid like {home::%player's uuid%}. List variables allows you to easily loop through, reset, and manage the variable. Also using uuid instead of just the player name makes it that it won't reset when someone changes their name.
