Yesterday I was unable to log in for some unknown reason, and eventually after exhausting all my possible options to get around this unwarranted inability, I was eventually locked out from being able to log in after too many attempts, which was extremely annoying but understandable. I'm quite used to software and websites being unable to function for reasons that simply don't exist, and while irritated, was willing to wait until I could try again and possibly reset my password or otherwise.
Unfortunately it is now over a full 24 hours later and I remain prohibited from attempting to log in. I need to know if this is permanent or just has an unreasonable cooldown period. Is my account forever blocked from being able to log in? If so, how can I possibly fix this awful issue?
