Are you using bedrock? Make sure you are using the ip bedrock.minehut.com with port 19132. Direct ips do not work on bedrock. Also bedrock support hasn't been working well on Minehut recently as it updates a lot and we cannot update as fast as bedrock updates. If it doesn't work for you, try restarting your game.
