Zip file into Link for Uploading

I am trying to find a free way to make a zip file into a link that we can upload. The site we normally use says the file is too big because we have already built a lot on the server. Anyone have any ideas on how to get a zip file into a way of uploading it into another server?

We have tried that but it keeps saying the file is too large. We have about 428 MB and we have tried the websites that go up to 500 MB but it still. says the file is too big

The suggested method by Minehut for files over 100 mb is using Dropbox, but any direct-upload site should work.
