Plugin disabled

Hi,i recently started a server to play Hunger games with my friends and when i closed the server and started it again the Hungergames plugin didn't work.I checked the logs to see what happened and it said that it has been disabled.Also when i do /plugins its highlighted in red  colour instead of green.How do i enable it again?

i found the issue and it sucks.The Hunger Games plugin is completely broken and every time you restart your server it disables itself because of a bug and you can't enable it back again.It works fine only if you never restart or close your server

I believe the developers are aware of issues with the plugin now due to posts in the plugin channel.
