It should be noted that I have a copy of the world from Minecraft Realms and Aternos, I would like to use the Aternos one, but will settle for the Realms world. How large is the world you are trying to upload? If its 50mb or less, it should work through the panel. If its larger than 50mb, you need to use the command method. Upload the zip file to a site such as file.io or dropbox. Dropbox has always worked for me. Then in game, run the command /ul world <world> <link>. <world> is what you want to name the world and <link> is the link you got from the site.
