Why is the plugin not working!!!

I had PlotSquared installed, but when I try a whatever command of PlotSquared it says "Unknown command".

So I tried typing "/help" (If you had Essentials installed your help menu show up all the installed plugins' command), and the plugin isn't shown on the list.

Same. There is a .jar file for it, but nothing else. Isn't in the plugin list

Make sure you've restarted the server after getting the plugin.

Hi, I have the same problem too. I have restarted the server several times, but the PlotSquared (specifically) did not work.
