To use things like @p with that plugin, you need to specify the plugin the command is coming from. Like for the minecraft tp command, you would do /minecraft:tp @p. Or for an essentials command, /essentials:tp @p if you want to use the essentials tp. You either have to remove Essentials or make commands like this.
