However, you should only contact us from an email that you have access to as that is where the responses will be sent.     Yes, as of October 12, 2022 all players are required to be on 1.19.2 or newer to chat or us /ad. This was put in effect to allow us to use Mojang/Microsoft's new chat reporting feature.
