This might be because a word has been censored in your /ad, it may also be because you are repeating the same ad message... try changing it.

Server randomly crashing every 30 - 45 minutes

Hey pop! I've went over and done some research... I think they are talking about this plugins (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/super-rename-rename-relore-your-items.60076/) and this one for uber items (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/uber-items-powerful-and-fun-items-lite.64923/)

Minehut is based under a bungeecord system therefore if they add this addon you would be able to control other servers. Next time include the plugin link.

Plugins will stay although you will be asked to remove plugins for your server to start.
