There's a few reasons. The world is severely corrupted or it's a world made on a newer version than your server It's simply too much for Minehut to handle. Around 5-10gb is when worlds just start refusing to upload. Hi, the /world (For uploading worlds, you can still travel to worlds with this command!) command was removed from Minehut a while back as well as the /ul command. Now, you'll need to get Multiverse in order to upload worlds. Go to file manager then click Upload, upload your world in a ZIP file. Once it's uploaded, right click the file and press Unzip. Now you can delete the original world file that is zipped, and then do the command /mv import <worldname> normal It is imperative your world name doesn't have spaces or special characters in it for it to import properly.

You can. Just click your server version from the dashboard as shown in the image below, you'd click where the "Paper 1.17.1" is. It'll open a dropdown menu where you can edit your server type and server version. You select what you want then click Save Changes. After that, just restart your server.

Can I see your logs? They should be in the 'logs' folder in File Manager, latest.log after the server crashes. Past everything in there on a site like pastebin and put the link here. A solution that may work is deleting the end world then restarting your server.

If y'all have no backups from before that happened I doubt you'll be able to get your server back sadly. Servers can update, but they usually corrupt when switching down to older versions.

It could be a progamming error for sure. Calculate the credits and see if it's the case. If it is, open a ticket to have your credits restored.

COMMAND ISSUES Are they bedrock players? If so you need to put an asterik * before their name in order for the commands to work. If not, that is very strange, if you're on PC you can tab names. TIME SET ISSUES As for /time set, if you're playing 1.18.1, I also noticed this issue particularly with essentials. If you do have essentials, do /minecraft:time set <time> This is likely due to you having an outdated version of Essentials. ACTIVE SERVER ISSUES If the server is running also, it should show up as 'Online' on Minehut. If not online, what does it show up as? WORLD RESETTING For resetting the world, be sure to turn your server fully offline, reset world, then start it back up again. Other ways may be buggy to work. ADD-ONS NOT WORKING Add-ons panel is a bit outdated atm, but this is mainly because custom plugins are in now. Make use of that and be sure your leaf decay plugin is configured properly and supports 1.18 or can work on 1.18. This isn't really Minehut's fault more so the developer is, or the fact the plugin isn't configured/outdated

Addons panel is a bit outdated. Download the worldedit 1.18.1 jar from their github/website and then upload it via file manager and restart.

Try uploading it manually. File Manager > Click on the Upload button > Upload the zip of your world > Right-click the file and click Unzip > Install Multiverse > Do /mv import <worldname (IT'S CASE SENSITIVE)> normal The world name mustn't have spaces. You can then use /mv tp <worldname> to go to it.

Try deleting your nether world from file manager and restarting the server. It may, possibly, be corrupt. A stretch, but it still might be.
