try using /pardon <username> from the console, or try opping yourself. usually that bypasses bans.

all servers are version 1.15.2, paper spigot.

try force hibernating > starting the server > waiting roughly 20 seconds before joining after it's "online"

Hey, check to see if your server is online. If it isn't, start it silly. If your server is online, wait a few seconds (20-30) and try again.

You can't use cracked minecraft, please purchase the game then you can join. Bedrock or Java works, but it must be premium.

Hey! Unfortunately we cannot roleback servers. Next time I suggest you use an antigrief plugin such as world guard and backup your world regularly. That looks sick and I hope you pass!

Hey! If you install the plugin Essentials you can use commands such as /sun to toggle the weather. You'll need OP (which can be found below), I've also added a tutorial on how to install plugins.

your indent is wrong, it would be: on join: set slot 0 of player to chest named "&8» &bLobby &8«" on rightclick with chest: if name of tool of player is "&8» &bLobby &8«": wait 1 tick execute player command "/lucky list"

Hey! If there is no player activity on the server (you will need to join it to keep it up) the server will self hibernate. This is to make room for new servers starting up. If this is not the case, please could you copy your logs from your latest.log file in the form of a https://pastebin.com/ and put it here as a reply Thank you.

Hey! It is possible if the data isn't saved. Force hibernating should save all data on shutdown anyway I believe
