I'm gonna have to move this to community support since you haven't posted in the right section, I recommend reading this post > https://forums.minehut.com/topic/12448-important-information/ to understand where you should make a post next time ^^ Sometimes players can get kicked if the server is lagging like mentioned above (if the reason is flying then you can turn this option off in the settings tab on the panel), besides this you can always check the logs to see what's causing this to happen.

Mute lengths depend on previous mutes, if your friend has been muted many times the mute length will be a lot longer. You can also not message people because a lot of people spam people in messages, they get muted, if they were still able to spam people then what would be the use of muting them.

To upload a custom datapack to your server, follow the steps below: - Visit your Minehut Dashboard and navigate to the "File Manager" tab. - Find the folder named "world" and open it. - Select and open the "datapacks" folder. - Create a folder and name it as you wish and upload your datapacks files within.
