As mentioned above please to not necropost. Thread Locked -
To obtain admin privileges type "/op (user)" into the server command section on the dashboard, once you become an operator you will obtain full access to the server. The command "/whitelist on" will allow only whitelisted players to join the server, those users must be added though the command "/whitelist add (users)"

This error message is normally associated to the launcher. A simple reset of your minecraft client should allow you to join the server. As for your other issue, you can attempt a 'file repair' this can be located in Danger zone of the control panel. Any other issues feel free to contact me via discord (thedangs#1377 )

Hello! An online player does not need to be present server to stay running and if you server if a free server the node for that particular server will be changed every hour. So the server will not be online 24/7

If the kick message is 'flying is not enabled on this server' an easy solution to this is to enable flight. If you have tried that I would then recommend 'repairing files'. This can be located in the danger zone on the control panel, any further questions feel free to contact me
