I can't say I know exactly what the bug is here, but best bet is to do the following multiple times as your server starts: Run the /kill @e [you can add a filter if you wish to not kill players or certain mobs, or just kill zombies] If you do that multiple times while your server is starting you may be able to send one before the server crashes, and by doing so could clear the entities stopping the damage from occurring.

You might need to add quotations around the bedrock player's name. /whitelist add "*BedrockPlayer"

Make sure that generating structures is on via the dashboard. I believe if this setting is off, end cities will not generate, as well as villages and other structures that usually naturally generate.

You can always use a Backup, if you have one of those saved. But, what plugins did you install, as it could have been one that created a new world or regenerated the world. You may want to check /worlds ingame and see if there is another world there, try teleporting to it and see if your builds are there. To use the /worlds command you have to be op, so make sure you op yourself from the console first.

I believe to solve this issue you have to include quotation marks ("") around the name example: /teleport "*player" "*player2" I would try to do that for the teleport command and see if it works.

It is unfortunate that for so long, the ice cream machines were broken. The torture was unbearable. Within it all, the ice cream even when not broken within that time, was just not the same. @p cant be run through console cause the player selector wont trigger for the player via console. if you wanted to do command: console command "effect clear %player%" would be the syntax. You can also remove %potioneffect% from player's active potion effects or clear player's active potion effects

Alright, First go the the console command section after activation Dashboard -> Edit Server -> Appearance -> Console Command Then as the server is starting, type minecraft:kill @e[type=item] in that text box. Do this multiple times before and while the server is starting. This should kill all those ender pearls. Then join!

I do not believe that ban can be run from a command block as it does not actually run the command via chat. None of these commands work through command blocks: ban, ban-ip, deop, kick, op, pardon, pardon-ip, save-all, save-off, save-on, stop, whitelist add/remove/on/off/reload, debug, publish, kill. help, seed, list, scoreboard objectives/players/teams, list, banlist, whitelist list https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Command_Block

When you do /pl is uSkyWars red? That would mean it is outdated and Minehut has not updated. I also beleive that uSkyBlock is a little broken.

Where did you upload the zip file. Because file.io has a max of 100mb. Dropbox has limit of 500mb but with the dropbox link you have to replace ?dl=0 with ?dl=1 and then use /ul world (NAME) (LINK) then you will be able to /worlds (name of world) You also have to make sure that the world in zip form is not corrupted. If you upload via dashboard, you dont need to /ul world again. just /worlds and see if the world shows up
