You can delete your Minehut account by contacting the Support team via https://minehut.com/app/support and type in Account Deletion Request in the issue category and they will get back to you via email.

That is probably because it has been a while since you have requested to change your password. Just press forgot password again fill in the details and check for another code which will be sent to your email address.

Try asking for the code again and check your spam/junk mails it might have gone there.

The verification code should go to your email address just check your inbox and you should see a email by Minehut.

The best thing for you to do is reset your Minehut account password. You will see a forgot password option under the log in section. Just follow the steps and you should be able to get back in your account.

Are you trying to upload a world? If yes then try this guide below which will have you upload the zip file of the world. Uploading Worlds First off, make a zip containing all the files inside of the world folder. You can do this by selecting all the files and "archiving" or "zipping" all the files. Afterwards, there's 2 different methods you can take to upload the world. Please be sure you don't name your world with any spaces. First Method (500MB limit) 1. Upload the world zip to a file upload website. We recommend you use https://file.io/ but you can also use Google Drive and MediaFire. 2. Get the direct download link to the file. If you're using a service like file.io, you can do this by simply clicking the "Copy Link" file. 3. Run the command /ul world <worldname> <direct link> in your server. (ex: '/ul world myworld https://www.file.io/%60). Second Method (50MB limit) 1. Go to your server's panel and click the World tab on the website. 2. Under Upload World, you'll see a button called "Choose File" which you will need to click on. 3. This is because of Xbox you can't enter a custom IP like bedrock.minehut.gg but on those 3 bedrock devices you can.

Sorry you can't join Minehut on that. The only bedrock devices you can join with is Windows 10, IOS or Android.

What device is he using to connect to Minehut with?

Hi Please make sure your friend is on version 1.14.60 and is connecting to the lobby IP "bedrock.minehut.com" and is using the default port 19132.

Are you trying to connect through the lobby or by the server IP?

You can not join Minehut on a Xbox or a Playstation because you can't enter a custom IP. The only bedrock devices you can connect to Minehut with is either Windows 10, IOS or Android.

Sorry you can not install Mods on your Minehut server.

To make it so random people can't join you can do the command /whitelist on and then /whitelist add <player name> to add your friends to the server. Please note that you will have to be a OP to do these commands by doing /op <your username> on the dashboard.

You don't have to share your account for your friends to join your server. Your friends can join with the IP for your server (servername.minhut.gg) or with the lobby IP (minehut.com). In the lobby they can do the command /join <server name> which will start up your server and they will be able to join.
