Where can I see the admin list? Or is there no list?

So, we have this "problem" on our server that only the server owner can use commands. He says that the others are still on the "admin list", but I can't find a list anywhere. I was wondering if he maybe removed the admin status from all of us. If you have any idea where I can find this list, please tell me

I dont believe there is  an "Admin List" however you can check online admins with the command /list
