Skripting GUI's (NEED HELP!)

I was trying to make a GUI for my game and I tried reloading the skript, which I learned from a tutorial and the error was "Can't understand this condition/effect" for line 3 and 4 for pretty much all of them, so I need help. What am i doing wrong? The current skript I'm using is Skript and i also have SkBee too. If you can help me, please reply.
