I need help with this report skript i made

[SBV3]

command /report <text>:
	cooldown: 5 minute
	cooldown message: "&cPlease wait this admin is busy..."
	trigger:
		send "&c&lREPORT >> %arg-1%" to all player's with "skript.se.admin" permission
		if a player with "skript.se.admin" permission is not online:
			send "&cNo admins have been found..."
			send "%player% REPORT >> %arg-1%" to console

I havent tested this but i can tell it wont work, what i want to know how to do is how to send a message to all the players of one permission...

            send "arg-1" to player

little addon to that, you might wana loop all players before doing that, so loop-player so every staff member gets it
