set slot of a block in specific coordinates

Hello Can some one help me with my skript,

im trying to set slot of block in specific coordinates with an item i want here is my skriptL

 

command /close:
    permission: sussyKey
    trigger:
        set slot 0 of block at -311, 68, 448 to 63 paper named "&r&k887766"

that's won't work?

You should probably learn the basics because "set slot" is only used for GUIS.
