Items from 1.17 turn to stone

Hi all, I recently started hosting a server on Minehut using vanilla Java 1.17. When I log on to the server, however, any items from 1.17, (copper, eyeglass, candles, etc.) turn into stone blocks when they are in my inventory, hotbar, item frame, or when they are placed. I looked up how to update my server and essentially found that Minehut was supposed to automatically update to 1.17 when it was released. 

Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks!

That means your server isn't set to 1.17. Go to the appearance tab on the panel and set your server to 1.17 or 1.17.1, click save, and restart the server.
