No there isn't a certain area that tells you that. But you can join the Minehut discord and they will make an announcement when the servers update to 1.17. It actually may be today. Minehut usually runs on Paper Spigot, a fork of Spigot, but since Spigot released for 1.17 last night, they may just update to that today instead.
