Smooth lines

Hi there! I wanted to know how to do these "---" but like attached to eachother like some servers have or like the motd lines in minehut

It doesnt show like on the other servers its more like the lines and some sort of thingys above it

Like this: "&m                ".

That way, it doesn't show the "-" character and instead a smooth line.
