How I can do per world plugin like : in nether is this plugin but not in overworld and the end pliz help

Some plugins have built in features where you can set the plugin to only work in certain worlds. Check the plugin's config and see if it has that feature. If not, the only other way I can currently think of is just using skript and cancel event of commands that you don't want to be used in certain worlds.

Also hypixel uses multiple different servers for their games, not worlds.
