Disabling paper / spigot / bukkit completely?

Is there any way to disable paper completely, not just for duping purposes or options, just to disable it completely so the server turns into a 100% vanilla server as provided by mojang? I'm asking this because one of the aforementioned plugins does something to the mob cap, so a mob farm that works 100% perfectly in vanilla is wayyy too slow in a minehut server

All Minehut servers run on paper and you can't currently change that but you can enable duping like tnt duping through the paper.yml file. The option should be caled like piston-duplication or something like that. Set that to true, click save, and restart the server.
