XP shop

Could anyone make a xp shop skript for me?  By " XP shop " i mean a shop gui (using tuske) that uses xp as the currency instead of econamy plugin currency for example a person can do the command /Shop and a gui will pop up named Shop, with items like wood logs stone cobblestone etc. for a xp price so if a player selects the icon wood they can choose 1, 16, 32, 64 items, so if i selects 64 it will take [example] 10 xp levels. The person who chooses to make this skript can choose prices (please be reasonable)
