But it's only available to server operators. If you still wish to disable it for operators, you can negate the permission minecraft.command.gamemode. 1 Hello there! You can set up groups with a plugin such as LuckPerms/PEX/GroupManager and allow only specific groups to have permissions, as @CoolProgrammermentioned.
