Getting Back A World Without a Backup

Ok so ik this is probably entirely impossible but anyway So me and my friend played on a server and then the world just dissapeared there wasnt a backup and i only found out about the forums like now lol ik theres probably no way to get it back but i wanted to ask just incase

Hey, you might have accidentally changed your server's main level name.

Can you execute /worlds, teleport to them, and find out if that's the world you were looking for?

In-case you find the world, change your main Level Name in panel to the name of world you just found.

Click on Save and Restart your server. Your progress should be back.

I tried that and it just takes me to the world there is now im guessing you cant do anything if this is the case
