hi im new to minhut but i like it already but  i dont know how to add a plugin to a free server if this is posible

Hey, plugins can be added by going to the plugins tab on the panel, once your server is started, and selecting any of the plugins in the list. This can be done by scrolling through the list or by searching for one. For a more in depth guide, you can read this article here.
