Check this section of your /plugins/TAB/config.yml file: Put the desired groups in order, and the plugin will sort them for you accordingly. TAB also provides you with the functionality of having custom prefixes in the tablist. Check this section: Make sure you do not delete _OTHER_ category from this nest.
