Try checking the whitelist.json file in the file manager and see if there names are shown there. Did you try what I said in my previous reply to try and delete the whitelist.json file, restart server and try again? Because if everyone's names in the whitelist.json file is correct, it should work. What plugins do you have on your server? Also are you able to send the contents of your whitelist.json file here in a pastebin.com if you can so I can see if something may be wrong with it. In the file change the uuid for Lilixana to 327ada84-ffe6-46f0-b707-57244d18a93d and the uuid for anamchiee to 32ed51c8-b8a2-426f-8dda-b36f2a2addef. After changing these 2 values, click save and restart the server.
