My server is continously crashing, what do i do?

I keep getting kicked from my server a couple of seconds after i join and this red text will show up. None of my friends can play either. This problem maybe has something to do with me accidentaly setting the tickspeed to 10000000. I have tried downloading the world but it just says that it failed.

How do i fix this problem?

Do /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in console while the server is online but DO NOT join it. Also make sure the command is exactly like this since it is case sensitive. After running the command, then join the server.

I have tried doing /gamerule randomtickspeed in game but i guess that didnt register. I'll try your tip.
