You can check your client logs, then you can search for the usual join message Sending you to with Ctrl + F

Opening logs:

1. Press Windows key + R
2. Type %appdata%/.minecraft/logs
3. Hit enter

The log files are ordered from oldest to newest, you would be looking for either latest.log if you haven't left Minecraft yet, or one of the previous logs.
