Flying Issue?

So my friend here and I starting playing today and my friend seems to be flying not in creative mode, survival.  He is op and I've installed Essentials X, BetterSleeping, HealthBarAction, ImageOnMap. I dunno whats going on

Only opped players or people with that permission is able to use that command. So non-op'd players won't be able to do it.

EssentialsX has a fly command that allows you to fly, even when you are in survival mode. Try telling him do to /fly again and if it was enabled, it should disable it.
