How do I make a starter kit that new players will get when they log in?

Hi I want to make a kit that you get the first time you log in but not other times. Im using essentials x please help me

In EssentialsX config, there is an option to set a kit that players get when they first join the server. Its called something like noob something. Forgot the exact name of the option.

I have a book with the discord link  and I want players to start wit it

If you have ESSENTIALS plugin installed, run the command /kitcreate {kitname} with ONLY the book in your inventory, and the kit will be made.
