My server keeps crashing

Hey, last month I created a minecraft survival Server for me and my friend, but as a joke he set the gamerule randomtickspeed at 9999999. After this the server obviously crashed and even after I got on the server for like an minute and changed the randomtickspeed back to 3 the server keept chrashing until now. Can anyone help us please? Thanks

You can resolve this problem by Starting your server (Do not join!) and typing gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 (3 is the default value) under Appearance > Send console command. After that you can join and it should be fixed
