Server keeps hibernating

I just created a server today. Now I keep pressing "Activate" but it brings me back to the same page as before, and is still hibernating. I saw a post who had the same problem, but that was 15 days ago and there's still no solution that I could find. Any suggestions on how to get my server running again?
